Hola Amigos
So most of these photos might be a little bit boring but when it comes to me and food, there is never a limit.
This is the green smoothie that we had on the beach in Barcelona on our first morning there, that I already told you about, but I'm telling you again; and though it was over priced and probably not nearly as healthy and good for you as it claimed to be, let me tell you it was amazingly good.
It was from this cute little beachside cafe and bar, which was literally on the sand, thats how beachside it was.
This is La Boqueria St Joseph food market, that I think nearly killed Maria. It is as good as it looks and, there were hundreds of stalls. I got a delicious fruit smoothie and a huge bunch of mint to help my addiction. If you didn't already know, I am ridiculously addicted to mint.

Maria was in her element
So much fruit! I don't even know what any of them were.
Our delish fruit smoothies
The egg shop
This was just the window display; I didn't dare enter the actual shop.
We also went out to a really nice and reasonable restaurant for a birthday lunch for me, and had some tapas and a yummy cheese and mushroom lasagne in the Barri Gothic, the gothic quarter in Barcelona.
The first and, I got a feeling (Katie STOP! ...that tonight's gonna be a good night...) best spanish Croquettes I will ever eat.
Starter of my birthday lunch. Fancy!
Cheesy Mushroom Lasagne.
Happy Chappy
Another beachside juice, not as good as the first but much cheaper and probably healthier.
We also had sneaky tapas and sangria, which was actually better then expected, because lets be honest with each other, it did look a little crap. But I give it credit, it was pretty good.
So that was only some of the food that we ate, and a lot of what we saw and ate with our eyes.
But if there's one thing I can say is when in Barcelona, go to La Boqueria Market.
It's well worth the visit.
Alright, thats it for me for now,
Cheerio chums,
Adios and Aufwiedersehen
Love Katie G xx
